How do I know my data is secure?


Firstly, your data is hosted on AWS, a secure and reliable server. We also treat your privacy seriously, and comply with the Privacy Act 1993.




I have an existing product database. How do I transfer that over?


The beauty of PartsPal is that it can sync over your current Shopify Inventory with a click of a button;

If you do not currently have your inventory on Shopify; you will able to upload your parts via CSV. We also have tools such as bulk categorising and parts-reconsilation to make the transition seamsless.




I have a specific request outside of PartsPal functionality. What can I do?


Our team are constantly looking for ways to improve the selling experience for auto-parts sellers, and we'll love to discuss how we can provide a custom solution.




Does PartsPal provide technical support?


Yes. We want to help autoparts business scale, so we offer all technical support and advice for free to all our users.




Could I extend the free trial period?
